Delete your account

1. Delete from inside the app (immediate)

• Sign in to Vale das Lendas with the same Google account used to play.
• Tap the account icon (bottom-left corner of the game screen).
• Tap the trash icon ("Delete account") and confirm.
• Deletion happens right away — no waiting period needed.

2. Request deletion without opening the app

If you no longer have access to the app or the device, send an email requesting deletion:

Please include in the email, so we can find your account:

• The Google account email used to sign in to the game.
• The display name used in the game (visible on your profile/ranking), if you remember it.

We never ask for any password — sign-in for Vale das Lendas is done exclusively via Google Sign-In, the game has never had its own password.

3. What is deleted and how long it takes

• Deletion permanently erases: the email and Google account identifier associated, currency balance (Vale Seals and Ancestral Crystals), character collection, run progress saved in the cloud, and gacha pull history — the same scope as deletion done inside the app.
• Requests received by email are processed manually within 15 days (the same deadline as other data subject rights, see Privacy Policy, section 7) — slower than deletion from inside the app (which is instant) since there is no automatic identity confirmation through this channel.
• Progress saved only locally on the device (no account/login) never passes through our servers — uninstalling the app from the device already removes that data entirely, no request here needed.
• Records the law requires us to keep for a set period (e.g., tax data from purchases, when applicable) may be retained beyond account deletion, as already described in the Privacy Policy.
