Terms of Use

1. Who can use the service

• You need a valid Google account to create an account on Vale das Lendas — sign-in is done exclusively via Google Sign-In, there is no email/password signup of our own.
• Playing without an account (local mode, progress saved only on your device) requires no signup at all.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining control of the Google account linked to the game.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, contact us via section 12.
• You can delete your account at any time directly in the app — the deletion is permanent.

3. The service

• Vale das Lendas is an auto-battle roguelite game. The core mechanics (map, battle, recruitment, equipment) run entirely on your device/browser, without depending on a constant connection to our server.
• Login, character collection, currency, and progress synchronization across devices require a connection to our server and an account.
• We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including content, characters, gacha rates, or features.
• We do not guarantee that the service will be available uninterruptedly, error-free, or that progress data will never be lost — although we make reasonable technical effort to that end.

4. Virtual currencies

• The game uses two virtual currencies: Vale Seals ("free" currency, obtained by playing or watching rewarded ads) and Ancestral Crystals ("premium" currency, obtained mainly by purchasing with real money).
• Virtual currencies have no monetary value in the real world, cannot be redeemed for money, cannot be transferred between accounts, and do not constitute property, a credit instrument, or any right beyond use within the game.
• Virtual currencies exist only as long as the service exists.

5. Purchases with real money

• Purchases of Ancestral Crystals are processed by Google Play Billing (on the Android app) or by Stripe (on the web version) — we never see or store card/payment data.

• Refunds requested directly from Google/Apple/Stripe (outside our control) follow those platforms' refund policy.
• If a purchase is charged back/refunded for any reason, we debit the equivalent amount of Ancestral Crystals back from your account (never leaving the balance negative). This already blocks your account immediately, on the 1st incident: new purchases, new gacha pulls, and new run progress (advancing a chapter, recording a victory, saving to the cloud) are temporarily blocked. Login, missions, and your wallet remain accessible — the account is not fully banned, you can still log in and contact support even while blocked.

6. Gacha system and odds

• The game has a "pull" (gacha) system that grants a random character in exchange for virtual currency, following probabilities by rarity and by character.
• The exact odds for each character are displayed inside the app itself, on the pull screen, before you confirm the purchase — including "pity" progress (guaranteed minimum rarity after a set number of pulls without success).
• The gacha pull is random within the published odds — we do not guarantee you will obtain a specific character.

7. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, bots, reverse engineering, or any automated means of interacting with the game outside the official interface.
• Sell, buy, transfer, or share accounts.
• Attempt to access, test, or compromise the security of the game's server/backend beyond normal intended use.
• Use the game for any illegal purpose.

8. Suspension and termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate section 7 of these Terms.
• You may terminate your account at any time (see section 2).

9. Intellectual property

• All content of the game (characters, art, story, code, brand) is owned by the developer or its licensors.
• We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app in accordance with these Terms — for personal, non-commercial use only.

10. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

• The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
• To the maximum extent permitted by Brazilian law, our liability for any damages arising from the use of the service is limited to the amount actually paid by you in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the damage.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be communicated inside the app. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing law, jurisdiction, and contact
